Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Products may be returned up to 30 days from the day of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since the purchase date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, you must have the item’s receipt and the product must be in new, unused condition. All original packaging and tags must be intact and included. Returns with ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents will not be accepted.

Please have all merchandise shipped in the original manufacturers packaging and condition. Make sure that you put the merchandise box inside of the shipping box. DO NOT ship the merchandise box by itself. Have the return authorization number (RA#), if applicable, displayed on the outside of your shipping box.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment once the items have been received and inspected. If we are unable to refund to the original payment method, your refund will be made in the form of store credit. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.

Need to make an exchange? After you process your return, simply place a new order for the exchange merchandise. That means you'll claim the inventory and get your new gear fast!

 

Domestic Returns

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We strongly recommend that you insure the package and use a carrier that provides a tracking number and signature. All shipments must be prepaid; packages shipped COD will be rejected. 


Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please let us know as soon as possible if you have received a defective or damaged item so we can open a claim. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@421motogear.com and send your item to:
